He is dedicated to a "Clinician-First" mission that ensures high pay for providers and optimized labor costs for employers.

Vikas leads the development of our technology and innovative tools such as proprietary AI search engines, Pay Calculators, and Career IQ tools. His focus is on creating a seamless, automated workflow that removes friction for clinicians while providing recruiters with the data they need to be world-class partners.

Doris oversees our high-touch operational delivery. She ensures that our recruitment and compliance teams provide the high-level human engagement and rigorous quality assurance that clinicians and MSP/VMS partners require in a complex healthcare environment.
